The hotel is excellent value for money, with affordable prices and great attention to detail. The staff are very helpful and informative, offering tips and arranging taxis as needed. The location is fantastic, right in the city center and very close to the sea. It's easy to reach the center and there's a lovely sea side nearby. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with comfy beds and a great shower. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and satisfying.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

Rate is reasonable. The room is clean and the hotel is not far from the historic sites of Naples and the water front. There is also a good sea food restaurant about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We happened to come across it by chance while investigating the water front area. The shopping district and a beautiful mall with it's impressive Roman /Greek Grecian structure is also situated not far from the hotel and I spent quite a while here photographing its impressive glass dome. The environs inside and outside of the hotel and it's surrounding is quite well maintained.Overall my husband and I have no qualms about staying in this hotel again.
I think you should improved the breakfast food. Italy is famous for its bread. How come there is no good bread/rolls served during breakfast?Croissants is French! Sometimes the guests have to go on a long day excursions to visit some famous sites within and outside of Naples and they need food that rejuvenates them in the morning. There are a lot of loud noises which you can hear from your room. I know it is impossible to control as it is within your norms. The thing you need to improved is to provide more brochures or information about the historic sites in Naples and Rome and how to get there.

Great location near the city center and public transportation. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. the room was clean and well maintained.
The street noise outside was very disruptive and made it hard to sleep at night. the water in the shower was either cold or tepid and never hot.

Great neighborhood. Very quite (except see further). Clean. Nice people.
Not the hotel 's fault but my room (6) was above two trash dumpsters that were picked-up around 4 am. If you are an early riser that's okay

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in the upmarket Chiaia district. The location was excellent, with the best shopping district just a short walk away. The hotel has a separate section called "the residence" which provides a great nightlife experience. The staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations for food. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great shower.
All was great during my stay.

I liked the low price as well as the kind personnal of the hotel. The rooms were excellent, as well as the shower.
The rooms were great, although was no view to the outside since the shutter was closed all the time and there was no possibility to open it.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Naples. I was impressed with the value for money - it was an affordable choice for my wee week's break. Secondly, the attention to detail was remarkable. The hotel is located in the upmarket Chiaia district, which is a very safe area and just a stone's throw away from the sea. The residence where I stayed was separate from the other rooms, providing a sense of exclusivity. The staff were extremely attentive and the service was top-notch. The basic amenities were well-maintained, and I particularly loved the room with its comfortable beds and a great shower. The added bonus of a balcony was delightful, allowing me to enjoy the lovely views. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was satisfactory, offering a range of continental options to start my day off right.
Everything was just perfect.

The good part of the hotel is the location. Napoli has many more dangerous and hectic areas. This hotel is in one of the best to stay and close to surrounding. Seaside is near as well as historical site, and shoppinng site. The rooms are clean and fairly big.
The location is good but hotel is hard to find at the first floor of a building with a bog, dodgy door, which you don't expect. It would be even more difficult at night. It should have been mentioned beforehand. It's quite scary if you are travelling alone. Also the breakfast is very very poor, even below European standard.

Beautiful room, cozy double bed, clean room, free wi-fi, breakfast included, more than a good deal in regards to room comfort and hotel location. In general, nice room in center of town for a great price (for Naples).
Even the room is not on the street side, it was a bit noisy early in the morning, starting even around 6.30. But, I had to wake up early too, so no problem. If you want quiet room, the you should look for a hotel outside of central Naples. My airplane was late, so I have arrived around midnight. I had to wait for almost an hour for a receptionist to arrive from somewhere. It seems that he went out for a drink with friends :-)
